Shamanic Womancraft by
Elizabeth Criner

I'm a mother, fully qualified Naturopath, Shamanic Midwife, Doula, and an intuitive healer. I call this practice Shamanic Womancraft and have over 20 years of experience to share. My healing practice is interwoven with plant and earth-based medicines, intuitive healing, sound healing, ancestral healing, and associated energetic medicines. These sessions are a wholesome, high vibrational experience that allows you to feel deeply supported and relaxed. I am passionate about your treatment being just right for you, whilst empowering your inner self to reconnect with your innate ability to heal.

My treatments are based on your individual needs and focus on the feminine. With that in mind, I advocate the wholesome integration of the

masculine and feminine energies within each of us. Womb clearing, preparations for birth, postnatal healing, and healing

from traumatic birth experiences or miscarriages are all part of the magic of my sessions. I also support anyone who is going through

major life transitions and in need of clearing and support. I love working with my clients, young and old, and I look forward to welcoming you into my healing space one day soon!

Sylvia Mather

Mama to Maximilian & Raphael

Lizzy is one of the most caring and nurturing people I know. Meeting Lizzy, for me, it just clicked. After a few minutes of talking to her, I knew that she was the right person to support me to bring my babies into this world.

She has been there for the birth of both of my children and I could have not asked for a better support person. She intuitively knows exactly what you need and what is right and wrong for you and is doing everything in her power to provide you with the birth environment that is most beneficial for you and your needs. Throughout the whole process, I felt heard, understood, nurtured, held, and supported. I can not highly recommend Lizzy as a Doula and personally think that everyone who can be in her presence during this intense but beautiful time of their lives is very lucky indeed.
