Elizabeth has combined a number of modalities to create the unique body work sessions that she offers. Every session is different and will be based on whatever is present. They include physical, intuitive and counselling elements leaving you feeling open, relaxed and deeply nourished on a wholistic level.
Sessions are $100/hr, initial appointments usually run for up to 2 hours.
Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching
Elizabeth is a qualified clinical nutritionist specializing in the connection between food, digestion and emotional well being. An initial consultation is priced at $100 and a follow up is $60.
