WORKSHOP TOPICS
Emotions:
• Feeling and not rejecting our emotions provides
a greater understanding of self. Fears, confusion,
depression and anxiety are reduced enabling a
more peaceful sense of WELL BEING.
Nutrition:
• Discover and express your “true beauty” by
gaining awareness about food and nutrition and
maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
Community:
• Gain awareness of a connected sisterhood and begin
to break down the unhealthy competitive nature
which can surface between young women.
Self Esteem / Confidence :
• Identify at what point in your life you decided it
wasn’t safe to shine and learn to gain your self
confidence from within, instead of from the world
around you.
Bodywork utilised during the weekend includes:
yoga, meditation/ mindfulness, massage, dance and
breath work.
Life Purpose / Presence:
• Uncover your heart’s desire by being present to
your inner truth and begin to manifest what you
love on this earth.
The Facilitator
Elizabeth is a qualified clinical nutritionist and energetic body
worker with 10 years experience. She has been actively assisting the
facilitation of “Dancing the Divine” workshops for the past 3 years helping to create transformational tools that
merge the mystical with our modern day culture.. Elizabeth is passionate about assisting young women on their journey through towomanhood . Her intuitive and empathetic style encourages and supports young women to live the life they truly deserve.
